| Royall™ has a wide variety of parts needed to install all boilers and forced air furnaces throughout the industry. We are a large supplier of underground tubing, heat exchangers, pumps, and all other accessories needed. You may also contact us or locate a dealer for more information. | | Pressure Relief Valve: Royall boilers are designed to ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) standards. All of Royall boilers come with a 30 psi relief valve. | | Pressure / Temperature Gauge: Royall boilers have a pressure / temperature gauge on every wood or coal boiler. The gauge allows you to observe what the Royall boiler is doing when operating. The pressure / temperature gauge should maintain a 180 degree and 12 -20 psi level. | | Circulation Pump: A simple 6 gpm circulation pump is needed with each Royall boiler to transfer water to and from the boiler and the home or your Royall Redneck Hot-Tub. | | Kitec Fittings: Kitec fitting are used on the ends of each return and supply line of Pex - Al - Pex underground tubing. Royall's fittings are compression fittings for best installation practice. | | Pump Flanges: Pump flanges are recommended by Royall with every pump sold. If you do not have them, get them. A perfect example of a pump flange is the dead of winter is on us and a terrible snow storm is happening. Your circulation pump shorts out and you need a new one. If you do not have flanges you have to drain the boiler down below the level of the pump to change the pump out. Pump flanges are a simple fix. Ball valves are on each flange too shut down water flow. Royall urges the installation of pump flanges on each and every Royall boiler and Royall Redneck Hot - Tubs. | | Underground Pipe: Royall strongly recommends Pex - Al - Pex underground pipe with each installation of Royall outdoor boilers. Pex - Al - Pex has a 1" ID instead of the 1" OD that many people promote. It is proven that heat transfer allows only 80,000 btu's through a 1" line at any given time. Why put 1" OD with a .75 ID pipe in the ground? | | | |
