Royall Positive Shut Off:

Royall offers a positive shut-off draft induction fan guaranteeing a minimum of 10% less wood consumption during the heating season. Royall's positive shut off system is available on all models from our Indoor and Outdoor wood and coal product lines.

Honeywell Aqua-Stat:

All Royall boilers need this aqua-stat to operate effectively.  This particular aqua-stat is a two stage aqua-stat allowing for multiple thermostats.

 Circulation Blower:

Behind every Royall forced air furnace is a circulation blower.  A circulation blower is used to move the heat around the forced air furnace into duct work.  This blower comes equiped with a three speed and variable speed motor.  Over 1800 cfm of output provides an opportunity to move a wonderful warm heat throughout your home.

Draft induction Fan:

Three different sizes of draft fans are available for Royall furnaces.  60 cfm, 100 cfm, and 140 cfm fans are available with or witout our positive shut off feature.  Call for details.

 Fan Control Center:

Royall controls all units with UL approvals.  A fan control center is used on all Royall forced air furnaces that connects to the fan limit switch, draft blower, circulation blower, and the thermostat. 

Fan Limit Switch:

Royall forced air furnaces need to have a fan limit switch when using the draft induction feature. 

Solenoid:

Push pull solenoids are used on all positive shut off fan assembly systems provided by Royall.
