Royall Baffle System:

Royall uses a draft induction fan to inject air into the furnace.  Using the oldest way of buring wood and coal, the baffle redirects the induced air below the grates to have an even flow of air from the bottom of the furnace and moves upward. 

Royall Cast Doors:

Made of cast iron, Royall doors last for many years of high heat coming from the fire box.  Every door has our trademark crown distinguishing our product line from our competitors.

 Royall Shaker Assembly:

All of Royall boilers and forced air systems have a shaker grate assembly.  Made of cast iron and designed for extreme heats of coal buring, the shaker system lasts for many years of heating your home or business.

Royall Shaker Grate:

Royall personalizes each and every shaker grate.  The bottom left corner will always have ROYALL casted into each grate.  Do not be confussed with the competitors knock off products.  Our cast is specifically designed for wood and coal burning. 

Royall Z-bar:

This unique looking piece holds the shaker bar assembly to the shaker bar. 

Front Grate:

Royall offers individual grate frames.  The front grate frame is in every solid fuel wood or coal stove, furnace, and boilers. 

Rear Grate:

After the front grate frame in the assembly comes the rear grate frame.  Royall's rocker system sits inside the casted frame and rock back and forth for coal and ash removal.

Royall T-bar:

The T-bar is used in all forced air wood furnaces.  The T-bar sits in the back of the furnace to hold in the back firebrick.
